Hello and thank you for visiting.

During these strange and uncertain times, the call to action seems to be introspection and reflection more than ever. Something isn’t right outside, this we cannot change, but what we can be with is our response to external situations and how we process the insane amount of information around us.

Hence, come practice Pilates, Yoga and meditation with me sessions online for the right amount of shaking things up and mellowing down inside. It feels bizarre to suggest to someone to get onto another screen to tune in but we use what we can use in these times and I hope my experience can be of use!

I’ll be offering my first open session on Friday 27th March @10.30am GMT. If you want to join just use the contact form and I’ll get the information right to you. All you need is

  • Zoom application installed (you don’t need an account, I’ve got a professional one which we will be using),
  • a device/computer to use it on
  • floor space with either a rug or a mat
  • a cushion or folder up towel (if you have small equipment great, if not, we can work it out together)
  • Yourself, however, you rock up

I’ll try to update this page periodically but admin isn’t my favourite, so feel free to drop me your information below and let me know what times and styles you’re interested in and we can either book a private session (these are my preference as I can still keep an eye on you more that in a group session) or I can give you information about any open classes I’m running (note most of my sessions are still closed classes or private sessions due to respecting the privacy of my current clients and other spaces are still limited but there’s a few left at the time of writing this).
