Workshops:

Pilates for Posture, part 2 (Sunday March 13th 12.00pm – 2.30pm)

A workshop to explore posture and bone alignments, looking at your posture, how the bones align when we both stand and sit; but in particular this workshop will be focussing on the upper and mid back, neck and shoulders.  Using Pilates exercises and other tools to help release and strengthen muscles, enabling you to bring your structural alignment back to a more optimal one.  The information will be shared in a way which empowers you to sit and stand more optimally for your body, and knowing why it is you want to do this!

Pilates for Posture, part 1 (Sunday Feb 7th 12.00pm – 2.30pm)

5 Week introductory Meditation course (June 4th – July 2nd, Thursdays 7.00pm – 8.30pm)

In this course we will be covering many different aspects and techniques involved in meditation.  From mindfulness and chakra work, to breath techniques and journeying with visualisations.  Plenty of time and space to set yourself up with a regular practice, create more space in your day and feel relaxation become a more natural way..
