Private One 2 One or small group yoga sessions at your convenience

Private sessions are a great way to get deeper into your practice.  Taking sessions for yourself, with your partner or family member or; invite friends and share the cost.


  • Tune into where you’re at, right here and now.  Forget everything and everyone else, even yourself for a while and let all your stresses simply melt away.
  • 1:1 private sessions can be of great benefit for beginners or more established students, help yourself in improving on your physical strength, coordination, balance, fitness and flexibility.
  • Deepen your understanding about your body, the yoga asanas (postures), breathing, meditation and well-being.
  • From a strong physical practice to deep restorative sessions with guided relaxation and meditation.  Leave it to Christine to deliver a class based on your needs, for each session.

Please note there is a 24 hr cancellation policy, if you cancel a session less than 24 hours before then full charge will be incurred for you.




*Yoga does have many helpful applications, it is not advised to be a substitute for any current medical care you may be receiving.  Please ensure you are signed off by your doctor if returning to exercise following major illness/surgery or a long time of inactivity.
