Practice with Christine, from the comfort of your own home*

Hello and thank you for visiting.

During these strange and uncertain times, the call to action seems to be introspection and reflection more than ever. Something isn’t right outside, this we cannot change, but what we can be with is our response to external situations and how we process the insane amount of (and often conflicting) information around us.

Hence, come practice Pilates, Yoga and meditation with me sessions online for the right amount of shaking things up and mellowing down inside. It feels bizarre to suggest to someone to get onto another screen to tune in, but we use what we can use in these times and so far I’ve been blown away by the positive responses I’ve been having from teaching online! I hope my experience can assist you to make the best of whatever situation you find yourself in!

Timetable (correct as of 15/11/2020)


10 – 11am Pilates with Triyoga (usually in person at Shoreditch Studio 2 and live-streamed)

12.15 – 1.00pm Yoga Open with Triyoga (usually in person at Shoreditch Studio 1 and live-streamed)


10.30 – 11.30am Pilates with The Light Centre (usually in person at Belgravia Studio and live-Streamed)

5.30 – 6.30pm “Pilates People” Session on Zoom, run by Christine (Limited capacity to 10 persons, get in touch to see if there’s space this week!)


10 – 11am Pilates with Triyoga (usually in person at Shoreditch Studio 2 and live-streamed)


12 – 1pm “Pilates People” Zoom Class, run by Christine (Limited capacity, get in touch for availability)

5.30 – 6.30pm Pilates with Mobility focus, Zoom Class run by Christine, limited space but suitable for ALL (exercises specifically caters to ALL, injured, new, quirky, unsure, exploring).


12.30 – 1.15pm Pilates for The Light Centre (usually in Person at Belgravia Studio and live-streamed)

If you want to join either click the link or drop me a line using the contact form. All you need is:

  • Zoom application installed (you don’t need an account, I’ve got a professional one which we will be using),
  • a device/computer to use it on
  • floor space with either a rug or a mat
  • a cushion or folder up towel (if you have small equipment great, if not, we can work it out together)
  • Yourself, however, you rock up

I’ll try to update this page periodically but admin isn’t my favorite, so feel free to drop me your information below and let me know what times and styles you’re interested in and we can either book a private session (these are my preference as I can still keep an eye on you more than in a group session)..
